On November 13 to 15th, 2022, our Tjene team attended the Tango Connect conference in Dallas, Texas and held a booth to network and meet current and potential Tango Analytics customers. Our team has been working with Tango for the last three years and had the opportunity to share our implementation experiences in a session on Tango's Lease Accounting Management system services.
Our Manager from Tjene, Melissa Kwan, along with the Director of Technical Accounting from Tango Analytics, Tony Castano, hosted the session on Advanced Lease Accounting with the focus on lease amendments. Recognizing that many organizations face lease accounting challenges of re-measurements, late documents, manual re-calculations, or cease-use scenarios, the session demonstrated Tango's Lease Accounting solution to these challenges. Using the Tango Lease Accounting re-calculation functionality, the team showed how users can easily input lease amendment data into financial fields to identify and explain the impacts it has on their expense and asset levels through a populated accounting schedule.
