Tjene is committed to treating all people, including our clients and employees, in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity for all. We are committed to meeting the needs of persons with disabilities in a timely manner and will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements in accordance with

Tjene's Multi Year Accessibility Plan
YEAR 1:
-Tjene will conduct a comprehensive accessibility audit of all digital and physical spaces, including websites, mobile apps, software, hardware, office spaces, and other facilities. The audit will cover all aspects of accessibility, including usability, design, and technical compliance with local and relevant accessibility standards.
-Based on the results of the audit, Tjene will create a prioritized list of accessibility issues and opportunities for improvement.
-Tjene will develop and adopt an accessibility policy that includes a commitment to accessibility, the roles and responsibilities of employees, and a timeline for implementing accessibility improvements.
-Tjene will provide accessibility training to all employees, with a focus on understanding accessibility standards, identifying and addressing accessibility issues, and designing and developing accessible products and services.
-Tjene will begin to implement accessibility improvements to the most critical digital and physical spaces identified in the audit, such as fixing accessibility issues on the website and providing accessible workstations for employees with disabilities.
YEAR 2:
-Tjene will expand accessibility improvements to all digital and physical spaces identified in the audit, including ensuring that all new products and services are designed and developed with accessibility in mind.
-Tjene will review and update the accessibility policy and training based on feedback from employees and customers with disabilities.
-Tjene will develop a process for ensuring that new hires receive accessibility training and understand the organization's commitment to accessibility.
-Tjene will develop and implement a process for ensuring that third-party vendors and contractors who work with the organization also comply with relevant accessibility standards.
-Tjene will conduct user testing and feedback sessions with people with disabilities to gather insights on accessibility issues and opportunities for improvement.
YEAR 3:
-Tjene will conduct another accessibility audit to identify any new areas for improvement and assess the effectiveness of the organization's accessibility program.
-Tjene will continue to implement accessibility improvements to all digital and physical spaces, with a focus on addressing the issues identified in the audit and user testing.
-Tjene will integrate accessibility into the design and development process for all new products and services, including establishing accessibility requirements and testing protocols.
-Tjene will develop and implement a communication plan to promote the organization's accessibility initiatives and engage with customers and stakeholders on accessibility issues.
-Tjene will provide specialized accessibility training to employees who have specific roles related to accessibility, such as designers, developers, and content creators.
YEAR 4:
-Tjene will develop and implement a program to gather feedback from people with disabilities about the accessibility of the organization's products and services, including surveys, focus groups, and user testing.
-Tjene will expand accessibility training to all employees, including those in leadership positions, to ensure that accessibility is prioritized throughout the organization.
-Tjene will identify and begin to implement accessibility improvements for any new products or services, including conducting accessibility testing during the development process.
-Tjene will develop and implement an accessibility accommodation process for employees and customers with disabilities, including providing assistive technology, modified workstations, and other reasonable accommodations as needed.
-Tjene will review and update the organization's procurement policies and procedures to ensure that all products and services purchased by the organization meet relevant accessibility standards.
YEAR 5:
-Tjene will conduct another accessibility audit and use feedback from people with disabilities to identify areas for improvement and assess the effectiveness of the organization's accessibility program.
-Tjene will develop and implement a plan to address any identified issues and ensure that accessibility is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
-Tjene will continue to integrate accessibility into all aspects of the organization, including the hiring and procurement processes.
