Tjene is a preferred IBM business partner with many years of experience with TRIRIGA implementation, configuration, and customization for clients. We frequently collaborate with IBM on product development and enhancements and regularly attend sales meetings, demos, and conferences as a partnership.
Tjene provides bespoke solutions to fit the needs of clients that surpass standard TRIRIGA configuration. This unique customization allows Tjene to serve clients in a capacity beyond the Corporate Real Estate space, enabling us to design and build solutions with location data as a cornerstone. In order to focus more on adapted design, we have established a custom development department at Tjene which continues to expand as the demand for tailored solutions increases.
IBM TRIRIGA provides a single system to manage the lifecycle of facilities. Its integrated workplace management system increases the operational, financial and environmental performance of facilities.
Through business analytics, critical alerts and automated process capabilities, IBM TRIRIGA can increase visibility, control and automation of:
With Tableau, Tjene is able to provide our clients with a complete enterprise reporting solution that gives our clients the benefit of hands-on interaction through Tableau’s robust and fast data visualization capabilities to highly customized report designs through TRIRIGA compatible BIRT reports.
In addition, we’re able to streamline the reporting experience even further by utilizing our ETL know-how and build a separate, reporting-only TRIRIGA database to connect Tableau reports to. The complexity of the TRIRIGA database backend would require an individual(s) with a mature understanding of database structure in order to properly create relationships between tables to build reports (Tableau and/or BIRT). Tjene has developed a solution for each module that reuses the core components of our Data Management solution and repurposes them to ETL TRIRIGA data into a separate database with business friendly terminology that takes advantage of the data blending capabilities in Tableau.
Our investment in understanding how the TRIRIGA application writes data to the backend enabled us to design and develop this separate reporting solution that our competitors are not able to provide.
Tjene’s comprehensive understanding of the technologies, methodologies and current/future trends of related industries ensures that data management and analytical reporting solutions are continually revised and enhanced because our passion is to serve our clients using the best possible solutions.
Tjene consultants have a strong knowledge of both SQL and Oracle databases, which enables Tjene to provide enterprise TRIRIGA solutions from end-to-end (Backend - TRIRIGA - Reporting). The Tjene team's Oracle expertise comes from ex-Oracle software developers. Using our knowledge of databases, we have developed an ETL solution that improves data management and overcomes some limitations of TRIRIGA.
Consultants at Tjene come from a computer science and software engineering background, equipping us with a deep understanding of software. Tjene spends a considerable amount of time on software R&D, whereby proprietary customizations and connectors are written to not only assist with projects, but to eventually become standardizations in the marketplace. Tjene is always looking for ways to solve problems with advanced technical solutions and are not afraid to develop and support them in house.
Tjene has developed solutions including document management enhancements, OCR add-ons and custom database connections.
Tjene understands the strength and weaknesses of each and every major software it configures for its client and when it is most valuable to integrate between systems. Integrating systems, with data integrity in mind, can alleviate multiple points of data entry. Tjene not only adheres to IBM's prescribed middleware, but writes our own code where existing solutions do not exist. With the right tools Tjene will not only find ways to create integration structure where there isn't any, but also augment relevant data where it makes sense.
