Mentorship

From day one at Tjene, you will be assigned a Manager as your personal mentor to help you set goals, and give you the tools to achieve them. Your mentor will always be available to field questions and address concerns.

Forget TGIF; at Tjene, we're working for Wednesdays. Every Wednesday at 4:30 is Happy Hour – time for you to drop what you're doing, grab a beer, and catch up with your fellow Tjeners.

Every Wednesday, Tjene hosts a lunch for the whole company. Sometimes we visit local hot spots, and other times we order in. It's one of the ways we create an atmosphere of community, and it's a great chance to share knowledge and check in with each other.

Technical Analysts are responsible for Integrated Workplace Management Software design & configuration, new lease standard advisory, business intelligence, project management, and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Strengthen client relationships and seek out opportunities to increase revenue within each client engagement by developing excellent rapport and going above and beyond at all times
  • Project Delivery and Management: Deliver assigned work on time and error free, develop follow up action items, and participate in on-site and virtual client meetings
  • Client Communication: Engage with client and follow up on standard project deliverables; provide additional support for issues or questions when needed
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate with team members to develop innovative and adaptable solutions in order to meet changing client business needs and create repeatable standards that can be leveraged across the organization

Must Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment or internship; preferably experience working in or delivering work to clients in any corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effective planning, work independently, take initiative and manage multiple assignments

developer

  • Demonstrated ability to perform effective planning, work independently, take initiative and manage multiple assignments
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in database management systems with extensive knowledge with SQL Server, Oracle and DB2
  • 1  year of proven Ruby on Rails in designing and developing web based applications
  • Degree in business or a technical field of study from a top-tier university
  • Experience with JavaScript framework, XML and SQL
  • Very strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Operations Administrator is responsible for providing operational (IT, Finance, Legal and Human Resources) support, ensuring that the business runs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Project Administration:
    • Prioritizing and managing the calendars and schedules, and organize corporate events
    • Assisting in coordinating and preparing responses for clients including briefing notes, correspondence and presentation material.
    • Preparing and distributing agendas, minutes and materials for internal management meetings; facilitating communication and information flow/materials between the Partners and, Consultant and Clients
  • Operational Administration:
    • Developing and managing department administrative systems and processing to centralize and facilitate the flow of correspondence, document control and tracking, and confidential records and files management for department programs.
    • Serving as the department’s primary contact for all administrative matters, issues, concerns and procedures.
    • Assisting the Manager of Corporate Services on Finance, IT, HR, and Legal related operational tasks.
